PNY Optima 2GB in Bootmii

So you installed Bootmii beta4 as boot2 and Bootmii loads when you have your card in? I just tried it last week and it didn't boot at all unless I took the card out. Any hypothesis, or am I just crazy? --Mu mind 03:02, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

Yes I installed BootMii as boot2 and the new Homebrew Channel thanks to HackMii Installer v0.6 (last version). When my SD Card is in the port, BootMii loads on startup and I can dump my NAND without problems. So I don't know why it doesn't work with your card. --Gowame 20:04, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
Could you do me a favor and check the back of your SD card for some product number like "MMAGF02GWMCU-PA"? I know the writing is pretty faint and hard to make out... --Mu mind 19:40, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

My product number at the back of the SD Card is :

S4E3CC02GSCBB

0851081204112

And on the cover I can read :

PNY OPTIMA SD 2GB

EMET1276

I have a "LOCK" option on the SD Card. Maybe mine is newer? I hope it can help you. :)

That does help. Mine looks identical to the one pictured here except that the sticker clearly says "PNY Optima". None of the markings on yours look like product numbers (googling them or even parts of them turns up nothing), so I'm guessing yours is really a PNY and mine is a shamelessly rebranded Lexar. Thanks for your help! --Mu mind 17:17, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

Mine looks exactly like that, except that the card color is blue. I think the best way for you is to buy a new card listed in the compatibility list. Good luck!
