Beta/Play Testers Needed?

Hey, I know that you've still got a lot to do before you can release anything, but if you need anyone who can test the game for level/character compatibility, or just play it to see how it works, I'm your man. Check me out sometime. -Zim —Preceding undated comment added 03:31, 1 August 2008 (UTC).

It's been a while since i've played MUGEN, and boy was it a great game. And it be on the Wii? WOW!!! I would LOVE to be a beta tester for this. Maybe i can even help out as soon as i can learn how to program the Wii. I'm a newb at Wii programming. Thanks. -Animan —Preceding undated comment added 02:08, 31 December 2008 (UTC).

Suggestions...

If you're taking suggestions, I recommend SDHC support, considering how much data M.U.G.E.N. can take up. That, and keyboard support. I think I had other suggestions, but I'm drawing a blank... --The-B1Lm —Preceding unsigned comment added by The-B1Lm (talkcontribs) 23:40, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Add gamecube and wii controller support and like B1Lm said see how much date can mugen can hold up.Thats all you really need.ps great plan putting mugen on wii. ---Youngg33---- —Preceding unsigned comment added by Youngg33 (talkcontribs) 13:08, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

Can anyone confirm that this project is still live? There's nowt on googlecode and I'm getting mighty jealous of those psp boys right now. MacMugen is out now too. OpenBOR (although fantastic) just isn't the same as Peter Griffin VS Colonel Sanders etc! --steviethemusical 21:45, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

Did you say googlecode, that was my project but I left it. ---Youngg33---- —Preceding unsigned comment added by Youngg33 (talkcontribs) 23:32, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the info. After desperately trawling the tubes, it seems that the M.U.G.E.N. 'community' and open-source do not go hand in hand (which IMO is as silly as OpenBOR's secure PAK files). Few of the clones are still in development AND open. Scanning through posts on numerous M.U.G.E.N. forums, it seems that 'Suave Dev' just isn't interested in wii ports --steviethemusical 12:22, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Can this be a port of MugenPlus(the one that can play low and hi res)? It would be great to see those pretty High Resolution stages and characters. Also May I recommend Classic Controller support and a pause button (I know this is a stretch but if we can add our own command list for characters it would be great XD)I know it may take a long time but we can all wait.

Suggestions: Optimise the .def and .ini files for lower requirements in order to make the most of the wii hardware, add USB support and be sure the port has MAPABLE CONTROLS this will be huge (maybe support for gc controller, classic, wiimote and nunchuck using the libs posted here on wiibrew) SCREENPACK: use EVE battle screenpack it has NO LIMITS (fits up to 10,000 characters and i have only 3000 of them (playground mugen is the largest mugen publicly released i know i created it) and I have just under 3000 chars ;) so EVE (everyone vs everyone) battle screenpack is the most optimal choice...Peace Vettacossx 11:56, 23 October 2009 (UTC)Vettacossx
