Video accident

Be mindful when making videos for your projects. We do not allow any reference to warez and warez applications on this wiki, and that includes videos, even when such references are short or not the main point of the video. I was under the impression that using a USB loader to play legally backed up games was indeed legal. Does the USB loader use copyrighted code? Or is the issue that you don't allow any references to anything that could possibly be used in an illegal manner? I can nullify the reference, so long as you promise not to dereference it. We do not allow references to software used to load copied Wii games, regardless of its legality or actual use, because 99% of people will use it to pirate games. The legality of the loader itself is irrelevant and varies by region (DMCA and the like considered). Nonetheless, the vast majority of packs and guides to loading copied games use illegal material at one point or another: unauthorized distribution of IOS, software that contains parts ripped from Nintendo, bad banners - it's almost always something, because they don't care about legality in the first place. Thus, it is highly likely that someone loading copied Wii games, whether those are legitimate backups or not, has installed or used illegally copied software. marcan 21:34, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
