Hi, my name's Doug (quite obvious actually). I owe this site quite a lot of gratitude for it's plethora of information about the Wii and the whole modding scene.

I was big into XBOX modding and it's great seeing similar results on the Wii. The only thing missing is the irony when loading Linux but it's still worth it. ;)

I'm trying to channel my gratitude into translations. English is my native language; however, I've been living in Germany for a year and a half now and I've been learning German since 9th grade (so altogether about 5 and a half years now) so I'm pretty confident in my translations. I'd of course translate the other way around, but there's not that many German site without corresponding English ones. And I'd contribute more to the community, but I'm not all that talented (sorry... fml =D).

Und jetzt was für die, die nur Deutsch können ;). Ich heiße Doug und komme ursprünglich aus den USA. Bin dort aufgewachsen und lerne Deutsch seit der 9. Klasse (also seit 5 Jahren) aber ich wohne jetzt in Deutschland seit Juni 2008. Ich fühle mich ziemlich wohl hier und auch so mit der Sprache. Deswegen versuche ich auch ein bissel was zu übersetzen für euch, die lieber etwas in eurer Muttersprache lest ;).

Wenn ich was falsch übersetze, tut's mir Leid. Sag mir Bescheid, wenn's passiert, aber ich habe auch nicht vor, viel falsch zu übersetzen. Ich würd's auch andersrum machen, wenn die Szene eher auf Deutsch wäre aber so ist es leider nicht ;).

Also viele Grüße von mir aus Leipzig/Leipzsch (ja, ein bissel Sächsisch hab ich auch noch drauf ;)
