I'd love to have a config.txt file so i can just edit it and change the theme that will be loaded, maybe you could put there a "timeout":line and maybe something like "music volume", but the best would be to make it possible to change buttons position and dimension, this would be awesome, we could make 100% customizable boot screens, that would really rock!--balta 12:42, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Yeah um, I think it would be nice if the font making bit was a little more clear on how. Perhaps a way so you can just make it have your own message instead of just changing font? --Cuber 20:30, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

Timeout?

How about a timeout which automatically loads the system menu (or maybe HBC configurable) after a few seconds? And maybe a custom link to some homebrew would be awesome. --twofive

Updating

When i run preloader, it doesn't go to the screen that you can set all the options on, it just say something like "installing preloader" then it reboots. does that mean it installed the new wii home? --Yergermensmettergensting 23:22, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

Suggestion

There is a small issue with this program for unsynced Wiimotes because you can't chose the Homebrew Channel nor the System Menu. Can you for example add that when you press Reset on the console, it boots to the system menu?Yoshi555killer

CashMan, I think it would be better to use "Charger" instead of "Lancer" for "Load". For me "Lancer" is more for "Launch". Or maybe, you want to change the English version to "Launch". Anyway, this is really not a big deal :) --Crayon (talk) 20:09, 22 October 2009 (UTC)

Default Theme

Is it possible to store the theme on the NAND chip or edit the default .dol to replace the standard theme? This would allow us to boot WiiHome without the need for the SD card in the slot... I realize this is technically possible, but I'm not entirely sure what is involved to edit it...
