Where do you find the key you want to use? Is there an individual one per game?

 The key used is the 'main' key. You can find it on your Wii. WiiBrew doesn't have it ;). 
 As for an individual one per game, there are title keys yes but you don't need to enter those to use these tools.

Is there a way to re-encrypt the .wpt file that WiiSO creates to make them an ISO so I can burn it.
