Is it possible to instead bridge address lines to a whole different chip? This could have some very useful applications, for both unbricking and hacking newer consoles. Hallowizer (talk) 00:16, 26 May 2021 (CEST)
Keys don't actually exist in MEM2
I just checked several IOSes, and it looks like the keys are stored in Starlet SRAM, not MEM2. I think the description on this page is incomplete, and there may have been another phase of the attack that involved resetting the system to load the kernel to the wrong physical address, or something like that.
