sub-categories

The new layout is great, but I think, that the ~sub-category action is problematic, since many games in this category fir in to the others as well... I guess the same aplies to arcade. Mechaelvis 15:34, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Feel free to re-arrange / reorganize! I would only suggest the following: consider established definitions/names of genres (see wikipedia or other reputable sources), and don't create a category that only fits a very specific (select) group of games - otherwise we'll have too many categories. --Tantric 17:21, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Sorting

Shouldnt't unsorted just be placed into other? Also, shouldnt we have like a music/rythem game category for stuff like guitar fun and supersonic?--Arikado 15:48, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

No, unsorted means no-one's even tried to sort them yet. Ultimately (pretty soon actually) we won't have an "unsorted" anymore, since most have been sorted. Also see my comment above. --Tantric 17:21, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

ScummVM

It's actually an interpreter, basically the game engine rewritten. People typically don't define ScummVM as an emulator, but it *kind of* is, as it "emulates" the original game engine. --Tantric 17:21, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
