Yes. Any version not marked as such on IOS History is available on NUS; that list should be complete (though no guarantees). As for why, I'm guessing it's so that they'd be installed by online updates; for newer Wiis with hardware revisions that require different memory initialization or something, you would need to use the updated release of the IOS and the one on the game disc wouldn't work. --Pokechu22 (talk) 20:51, 30 May 2021 (CEST)
