• you have to write the loader code to the flash once, so press Z on a gamecube pad to do that
• flashing has to be done only once, press A the next time you reboot the wii to skip that step

So i DD the geckoloader.elf on my SD, run it from Zelda using the exploit, i choose Z to write to flash. At the end i rebooted the Wii, relaunched zelda, relaunch geckoloader.elf from exploit, and this time i pressed A. now it write :

"Installing the stub (0x1820 bytes to 0x80001800) executing the stub"

then nothing more.

now, on my pc side i run :

geckoupload template.dol

then it write (on pc side): "sending upload request awaiting upload ack"

then nothing more

did i miss something ?
