So basicly this can create a custom ios like waninkoko's ios? or better? --otto888 16:46, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

No, this allows you to create custom MODULES for a regular IOS. If you don't understand the difference, then you shouldn't bother with this. --SquidMan 01:21, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

I understand the IOS and modules, but can somebody give an example or two on what you would use this for? After all, there's already all the devices for the actual kit attached to the machine. Cheers --WhoDares 11:58, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Well a couple examples of what could be done are, 1) Creating a method of running syscalls in PPC code, 2) Writing special drivers (USB 2.0 maybe =D), 3) (NOTE: THIS IS REALLY HARD, BUT WOULD BE REALLY COOL IF SOMEONE DID) Write an entire OS in a module, and then have a small PPC executable load up the OS and perform tasks that only the PPC can do. See, some cool stuff can be done =D. Unfortunately, we don't really have much we can really mess with. =/ --SquidMan 22:55, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
I would love to see USB 2.0!!!!! But I don't know how...lol.

it's very unlikely that the hardware even supports hi-speed USB2 data transfers. --Svpe 13:07, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

Brick?

Could this software possibly brick a Wii? I'm assuming so...If yes, someone should should put that on the page. -Zoombus 7:35PM GMT -5:00, 24 September 2008 (UTC)

Only if somebody wrote a bad module. But if you understand fully how to use this app, you should be aware of the danger --SquidMan 06:20, 25 September 2008 (UTC)
