Concerning the Elderly

Abandoned apps that have been obsoleted by more stable/featureful ones should be removed from the list and relocated to a retirement category where they will be given prescription drugs and sit around talking about how nobody ever visits them. I'm sure most people can think of at least a few abandoned apps that no longer belong. Flark 07:14, 9 July 2008 (CEST)

I agree, Old apps need to be relocated to a special page and not deleted, in case someone finds a use for them again. --Initrd.gz 5:04 PM, 15 August 2009 (CDT)

date column?

it would be useful (to me) to have a "last updated" column with month/day/year so i can see what's changed since i looked last without going through the wiki revisions - unless there's another way to do this that i'm not aware of

Idea: Add peripherals to each table

Improvement to compare similar emulators. Shrink peripheral icons to not be obtrusive.

There is already the Homebrew apps/Peripheral info page for that. I plan to merge that page into the individual list pages so they are used and updated more often. --Blooper4912

Notable Applications?

I think that homebrew browser and dragon media player are not in the same league with the others on the list. I would either remove them from the list or add Starfall, MPlayer (Team Twiizers), ftpii and Quake to it. Maybe the best thing would be to have a "notable apps" on every homebrew category page? Personally, I'd rather flat-out remove it. Aside from the obvious like the Twilight Hack, who's to say what's "notable" and what isn't? - トウメイ 03:47, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Good point. Xyrion 09:54, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
I Agree with Toumei. It should be removed totally. Either that or make a ranking system and base the content by that. --Initrd.gz 23:36, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
