This is made for installing Wii Themes through the Homebrew Channel. Insert a theme.zip file in the "Theme Template and Installer" folder, and load the installer from the HBC, Then your desired theme will install. Download: https://wiibrew.org/wiki/File:HBCThemeInstaller.zip (Theme Included)
