This will probably work forever AFAIK. Nintendo cannot modify the contents of Wii game discs. They also can't legally modify the contents of SD Cards. --Gameboy13 19:55, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

Oh, I'm sure Nintendo will try deleting Smash Stack from SD cards. Thing is, how can they delete it from the SD card when we can put the card in -after- the System Menu exits? They'd have to be a lot more clever then they are right now to kill this. Kmeisthax 21:56, 3 October 2009 (UTC)
