I am not the most educated on this but couldn't you eventually make the recovery menu free to be accessed on a bricked system so recovery is possible? How about making each hack/feature an option? Some of us might want to keep our BGM. What is the rescue menu? It would be useful to include more info about what its purpose is (or a link to a Wiibrew page if it indeed is part of the System Menu).
