boot2v5 is the final version of boot2, present on the UAE Wii (Wii released in the UAE around the same time as the Wii Mini, not to be confused with the amiga emulator) and Wii Mini, as well as some rvl-101 models, but not all..
Possibly installed at the factory and shipped on the final few wii's ever shipped.(source needed)
