Summary

ASH tools is a program which extracts and creates .pac files as well as .pcs files. Pac files contain textures in Nintendo games, such as Super Smash Bros. Brawl. After they are extracted by the program they can be edited with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, photofiltre, or paint.NET. Note: MS Paint will not work.

-the program was so popular that all of its data was lost. when it was made? who made it? i dont know. if you look it up it will proboly be someone trying to be famous. the only thing was that i fixed the whole thing, made guides, tested things, made it work, and much more! but the program wasnt made by me i just made it work again.
