This error is displayed when System Menu 4.3 detects Bannerbomb v2 when displaying SD banners. Nintendo claims[1][2] this error is due to a corrupt filesystem, but then claims it is due to homebrew.
No flaw has been found in the current Bannerbomb detection code. While this error does not trigger for Bannerbomb v1, Bannerbomb v1 does not load.
This error is not a Brick but will prevent the launching of any SD card apps as this will force you to return to the Wii Menu.
