EULA is a hidden channel that is launched by the System Menu when the EULA is loaded, and is the reason the music stops when loading the EULA, as well as why the HOME Menu stops working here.
EULA is most likely separate from the System Menu due to a different Opera configuration, as no other apps are known to launch it.
Because the EULA uses HTTP, a custom page can be shown there, which is done by str2hax and RiiConnect24. However, the Wii will only load a page titled End User License Agreement
