| I just updated to the latest version of Gecko, via the Home Brew Browser, and suddenly it's back to only being able to use codes for disk games again. Why was compatibility with Channels, Virtual Console games, and WiiWare games suddenly removed? There certainly doesn't seem to be any explanation for this in the update logs, and this is the first time someone has posted about it on this page. I am disappointed in this backwards change. I've dug around through my computer folders and found a version of it that I am hoping was within the span when it was compatible with those program types, but I truly hope there's something someone can do to help the latest version accomplish the tasks at hand. I'm not a 'heavy cheater' (someone who relies frequently on codes like infinite health or the like), instead enjoying modification codes and goofy stuff, occasionally resorting to using a code that will make a crazy-hard game a little more playable. Still, I'd like to have the option to use codes on V.C. and W.W. games. Thanks in advance, and I have always been of the opinion that the Gecko apps are of the finest quality, and this is the first kink I've run into. Have a nice day. --[[User:Masterwriter42|MasterWriter42]] 02:09, 12 August 2009 (UTC) | | I just updated to the latest version of Gecko, via the Home Brew Browser, and suddenly it's back to only being able to use codes for disk games again.
