I'm trying to downgrade to 3.2 from 4.0U and it seems to be frozen after "Download complete. Installing to Title 1-225 v31337..." I was wondering if this takes a while and if so how long? or if it is frozen? I read above that someone said that it froze a lot and i was wondering if they just kept retrying it or if they waited it out?
