− | Perhaps the page should note that you can buy the first 5 episodes of Keen for $5 on Steam. They package the original games with DOSBox, so you can use those files in Commander K. Wii just fine. | + | Perhaps the page should note that you can buy the first 5 episodes of Keen for $5 on Steam. | + | == Problem using more than one Keen episode == |
| + | |
| + | Is there anybody else encountering problems with using multiple episodes? I'm using original registered files for all of the three episodes. I placed them all in the apps/keenwii/ folder, together with the boot.dol etc. |
| + | Every episode for it's own runs perfectly, but if copying multiple episodes will take the game to a stuck when displaying the title screen with the "Commander Keen Wii" logo. |
| + | Any Ideas, how to solve this problem? |
| + | |
| + | == Crash on selecting non-existing episode == |
| + | |
| + | On the episode selection screen, if you select an episode that is not in the folder, the game segfaults (I assume) and displays a code dump, locking the wii. A nice popup message like "episode not found" would be more appropriate at this point. :) Nice program! [[User:Amarth|Amarth]] 00:55, 5 January 2009 (UTC) |

| + | == Menu bugs == |
| + | |
| + | Currently using 0.99. |
| + | |
| + | Context: I placed the folder into the apps folder. I copied my Commander Keen 1 data (not including the .exe and readmes) into the same directory as the app itself. I can load the program no problem. |
| + | |
| + | Problem: Once I reach the menu, only some of the buttons work. |
| + | |
| + | 1 and 2 do nothing. At all. The home button does not exit. The power button (both on the controller and on the console) should be able to turn the console off but also don't work. |
| + | |
| + | I'm not sure how my console differs from others. I am using the Homebrew Twilight hack. I am attempting to access Keen using a Wii remote. I have also tried a classic controller but that does not work at all. I do not own a gamecube controller. |

| + | Thankyou very much for your efforts. I'm sure the little ones will get to enjoy Keen like we all did with your help. {{unsigned|WiiUser123|06:51, 24 January 2009 (UTC)}} |
