This page is a list of the latest homebrew news, used for the "Latest news" section on the Main Page. This is not a list for homebrew applications. A list of the most recent homebrew releases and updates can be found at WiiBrew:Homebrew Releases.
Adding an item
- Log in to the wiki. Editing is disabled if you don't have an account.
- Add the news event to the top of the list, using this format for the date: '''01 December 20:''' . Please include the application's creator, version number, and a link to a page on Wiibrew about the application. No external links please.
- Move the last entry to the Archive. There should be no more than 4 entries in the list.

- 21 February 09: wplaat new game ideas poll is closed. Check here to see the poll outcome!
- 19 February 09: svpe has released an official version of DVDx for System Menu 3.4. Note that PatchMii and advanced modes are unavailable for this version.
- 16 February 09: John_K is asking everyone to run the BootMii Compatibility Checker on their Wii (Below Firmware 3.4 Only)
- 16 February 09: wplaat is searching for new game ideas. Please post your ideas on his website
