:I'm way late here, but in case anyone else has this issue/you still haven't solved it, it seems unlikely that that's the IP of your computer; it looks a whole lot more like your gateway IP. You don't want the Wii to connect to your router to access your media, you want it to connect to your PC. Thus, you need to find your PC's IP (simplest way is probably to enter "ipconfig /all" (no quotes) on a command line and look for "IP Address".
