IOS254

IOS 254 is commonly used for various purposes:
- PatchMii uses this as a temporary IOS
- Some pirate tools installed a hacked IOS as IOS254
- System Menu 3.4 included a copy of IOS9 as IOS254 to break said pirate tools
- BootMii as an IOS is installed to this slot.
