The latest IOS, IOS51, was distributed with Nintendo's update on October 23rd. The fakesigning bug has been removed in this IOS.
While normally distributed with patched versions of the rest of the IOSes, you can install this IOS alone, and patch the fakesigning bug back in, using the Wii Shop and IOS51 installer.
