/shared2/test2 is a directory containing error logs. These logs can probably be viewed by repair discs, like the Wii Backup Disc.

It is worth noting that these error logs track errors returned by IOS, not physical hardware errors, so apps that are simply faulty at calling IOCTLs are likely to unnecessarily write in these logs. It is possible that these logs are instead meant for developers to catch bugs.
