This is a member of /title that stores the System Menu, IOS, and various other essential titles.
/title/00000001 contains:
- /00000002 - System Menu.
- /00000003 to 0000000FF - IOS. The IOS version is the title in hex (00000004 is IOS4, 0000000F is IOS15, etc.)

- /00000101 - MIOS
- /00000200 - BC-NAND
- /00000201 - BC-WFS
