The engine is (almost) feature-complete, with sound & network play. For technical reasons, the Capture-The-Flag module is not included in this engine; you will need to play Q2CTFRev for that purpose.

The only missing functionality is the ability to play the original CD soundtrack, to be implemented (if everything goes right) on a further release.


New features in this release:

  • Classic Controller can now be used to play; controls are similar to those in use by the Gamecube Controller.
  • Pressing [A] to aim is now optional; a Menu Option was provided for such effect.
