BootMii Utils

BootMii Utils is a set of development tools designed to work with BootMii. It currently contains two tools: buildtoolchain, a tool that installs build tools for Starlet software, and client, a Geckoloader-based tool to upload ARM and PPC binaries to mini over USBGecko.
