boot2v3

boot2v3 was a version of boot2 that was installed on RVL-CPU-01 consoles starting at some time in 2007. The only changes from boot2v2 were that the build date was changed to April 17, 2007, and sets some DRAM/PLL registers on boot[1].
Unlike boot2v2, boot2v3 was never pushed as an update to any consoles.
