I don't suppose anyone knows when a version without a mandatory USB Gecko will be released? Hell, even have a GC controller control a virtual keyboard, I just want to know if it will be ages or any time soon until we see Linux without a USB Gecko. Muzer 02:13, 5 April 2008 (PDT)
Give them time. The first step to this was getting the front-sd driver running which will let us boot from the SD-card. Now that front-sd support is finished they'll be able to start working on user interfaces, such as gamecube controller as a virtual keyboard or, even better, usb keyboard support.
