:::I don't think a password would be useful. Just sufficient warnings with the right jargon to scare off people who don't know what they're doing, should be all that's needed. -Anachronist 15:03, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

I just installed Homebrew and Homebrew browser last night for the first time. I've been experimenting with this error message I keep getting when I start the Homebrew Browser: "Unable to initalize FAT subsystem, exiting".

I thought it might make a difference if I formatted the SD card from Windows XP rather than Windows Vista, but it didn't seem to make a difference (other than the Vista format took several minutes for an 8 GB card, and XP took a couple seconds). I'm using FAT32.

If I copy my apps folder to my PC desktop, reformat the SD card, and restore the apps folder to the SD card, Homebrew Browser will start properly... until I run certain other apps like Double Dash Wii. Some apps, such as Mahjongg Wii, cause no problems. Anachronist 16:16, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
