The Internet Channel.
Instructions
Go to the Internet Channel, then go to flashhax.com
Select your region.
The website will ask you to go and bookmark the page.
When you bookmark, run it from the bookmark page.
The HackMii Installer will run. After that, the the rest is simple, assuming you know how to use the HackMii Installer.
