- Yes, I'm biased :) Eluan 16:38, 18 June 2008 (CEST)
I vote for the new version of wii-linux (whiite 0.1) if we figure it out in June. If we still can't figure it out then I vote for QuakeGX --vader347 18:44, 20 June 2008 (CEST)
Another vote for QuakeGX. It beats most commercial games with very good wiimote control. prismsub7 18:44, 21 June 2008 (GMT+1)

- The TH hack was so monumental it was recognized for two months, as it should have been. - Para 11:01, 9 May 2008 (PDT)
- Screw that, let's nominate something now. I vote for the TCP loader.--henke37 12:00, 9 May 2008 (PDT)
- Na! I vote WAD Installer and then chuck in May while your at it and go for Homebrew Launcher and its channel (which people seem to ignore for some unknown reason??? Jamesdodd 04:43, 19 May 2008 (PDT)
- I am not sure if the staff likes the WAD installer, since they are not a big fan of the risks, not to mention the piracy issues. While I am not sure if they will veto this nomination, I do think that the staff votes does have a greater weight here. Also, please use proper wiki links, I fixed them for you.--henke37 06:15, 19 May 2008 (PDT)

- Indeed. Isn't the indent getting silly now? Muzer 02:19, 26 May 2008 (PDT)
- yes, silly indentation... surely these should only be used when replying or something? rather than individual votes!!! JD 03:03, 26 May 2008 (PDT)
- I don't understand why homebrew channel gets more notice than the Homebrew Launcher Channel? JD 03:03, 26 May 2008 (PDT)
- Maybe, just maybe, because it is technically and functionally superior? 85.181.74.93 03:13, 26 May 2008 (PDT)
- Erm... don't they technically do the same thing (launch homebrew)?? one has more animations and fancyness, plus a few other features but takes up more space on the wii and can only be used if you install in on your wii. while the other can be used without installing anything on the wii or can be used with a channel if you don't mind installing it on your wii and using the wad installer!? Anyway, it shouldn't really be applicable for the april slot as a real copy wasn't available in april! But obviously should be there for May! ;) JD 03:28, 26 May 2008 (PDT)
- The Homebrew channel has TCP support and gecko support. And 22 blocks is nothing for a channel.
- No. With the homebrew channel, you can play homebrew AND Zelda (you don't have to copy the save file all the time)
- @unknown user: erm... you can do that with the homebrew launcher if you install its channel, which is surely no more less secure to install than the homebrew channel is?? JD 07:25, 27 May 2008 (PDT)
- the HBC can run .dol files, it can tcp load, it has updates, it has eyecandy and it was made by team Twiizers Vader347

WAD Installer should definitlly (sp?) be April's Project of the month, including the WAD Manager, and WAD Installer. They're not just to install pirated channels (which I frown upon), but they are also used for a variety of custom Homebrew Channels (not THE Homebrew Channel, but other ones). Either you should post those tools, or while your at it, all of Waninkoko's GREAT applications. All of Waninkoko's applications, as of current, include the following:
WAD Manager v1.0, Wii Config v1.0, Mii Extractor v1.1, Mii Installer v1.1, Savegame Extractor v2.0, Savegame Installer v2.0, WAD Installer v2.1, WAD Uninstaller v1.1, Wii Duplicated Channel Remover v2.1, and Wii NAND Dumper v1.
- WAD applications won't get the vote I'm afraid... the community sort of frowns upon them due to their potential piracy uses. JD 02:34, 5 June 2008 (PDT)
Still, Waninkoko's actions made the biggest impact on the community in april (imho), so it gets my vote. (or the page intro 'to be recognized for some kind of merit' needs to be refined) prismsub7 18:52, 21 June 2008 (GMT+1)
The Homebrew Launcher was also a big hit. It gave a channel-like experience, with customizable images and text to choose what application to run. (A big step up from Front SD Loader)
I vote for Wii-Linux POC v0.4 Vader347
