added some info on IOS4 functionality (also, i think /dev/sdio/WiFi might be the only instance of an uppercase letter in an RM)

Unlike most IOSes, IOS4 seems to do some verification of the TMD to be loaded involving [[:/sys/cert.sys]] when it starts up. The depth of this verification is not yet known, and it is not known why this code was removed from IOS9 and later.

IOS4 has a number of unusual properties, such as the kernel only allowing 68 threads (and the threads being at a different location in memory) and there being a [[:/dev/sdio/WiFi]] device. Interestingly, IOS4 does not have a [[:/dev/sdio/slotw]].
