It has the strncmp bug patched in the boot1 assembly code witch will prevent a Bootmii-boot2 install. Since boot1 cannot be modified after the wii has booted once, this bug is still present on Wii’s made before early 2008. And the same applies to after 2008 as well, the assembly code is the same code as boot1a, and boot1b, but with the bug patched.
