+The only known differences from IOS30 seem to be that a value in NCD was changed from 30 to 31 (probably changed in all IOSes), and the FS module was replaced by an FFS module. Like IOS30, this IOS starts its content IDs from 2, indicating that there was a monolithic version in development before v1037.
