USE HOMEBREW AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Your Wii console could be permanently damaged beyond repair if you misuse any homebrew applications, particularly ones that involve editing your console's NAND
Wiibrew, Team Twiizers, and any individual software authors will not be held responsible for any damages or loss resulting from the use of homebrew software.
WiiBrew can provide tools and knowledge that can be used in either legal or illegal ways. In the same way that a gun manufacturer is not responsible for whether the end user of a gun uses it to hold up a liquor store (llegal activity) or to defend his family (legal activity), the liability question applies only to the end user, not WiiBrew. Aside from the legal question, the question of morality also does not apply to WiiBrew, but to the end user.
