Palette support
I'm using a patched version of PNGU in GuitarsOnFire, which can read paletted PNG files. http://daid2.mine.nu/svn/Wii/GuitarsOnFire/pngu/pngu.c I've only used to for conversion to RGBA8, so other conversions might cause issues.
