boot2v0 is a factory-only version of boot2. While the exact binary has never been seen, it is known to exist due to its behavior being similar to IOS[1].
It is responsible for installing the factory System Menu and IOS4. On RVL-CPU-20 it also installs IOS9, and on RVL-CPU-30 it also installs BC and MIOS (not IOS9).
